Designated for a particular area of interest such as "the arts," or "children," or the "elderly." Does not limit grants to any particular organization.

Otsego Recreation Fund
OTSEGO RECREATION FUND: The purpose of the fund is to support community recreational needs, primarily aquatic activities, ice skating activities and related instruction.
Otsego County Youth Advisory Committee
OTSEGO YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL: Income from this fund supports grants to projects in Otsego County recommended by the county's Youth Advisory Council. This fund was created with a challenge grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation through the Council of Michigan Foundations.
