2018 Friends of the Foundation Raffle Tickets

Will you become a “Friend of the Foundation”?

Otsego County Community Foundation has been committed to enhancing the quality of life for all citizens by building endowment, awarding grants, and convening leaders for over 20 years.

We are here to do good work – forever. However, we need your help.

This is your opportunity to become a “Friend of the Foundation” and participate in an exciting raffle. We are selling 100 tickets for $100 per month and you must purchase the ticket for the entire year ($1200 total investment). Every month 5 winners will be chosen from the 100 tickets and will each be awarded $1,000. The tickets are good for all twelve drawings as the winning tickets are re-entered for subsequent month drawings! You can pay for your ticket in full via cash, check or credit card; or you can pay in (12) $100 monthly installments via auto-deduction from a checking or savings account or credit card. You can also team up with people and split tickets.   This is a great opportunity for you to participate in an exciting raffle all while contributing to the short term goals and long term sustainability of the OCCF.

We are also offering half and quarter tickets. The price breakdown is as follows:

Full Ticket Price = $1200 paid in full or $100/month (winnings = $1000)

Half Ticket Price = $600 paid in full or $50/month (winnings = $500)

Quarter Ticket Price = $300 paid in full or $25/month (winnings $250)

A portion of your contribution will support the mission, providing funding for programming. The other portion will be directed to the Cornerstone Fund, which is our administrative endowment. This portion will never be spent, but invested; generating resources in perpetuity.

As a valued citizen of Otsego County we sincerely thank you for supporting our organization. Additionally, a successful raffle campaign will allow the part time staff and volunteer board to focus on strategic initiatives ultimately generating more grant dollars to meet the ever changing needs of our community, both today and in the future.

The operations of the Otsego County Community Foundation are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of community members. We are a member of the Council of Michigan Foundations as well as compliant in National Standards, the most rigorous standards in philanthropy.
