FRIENDS OF THE FOUNDATION HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE

We are thrilled to report that the Friends of the Foundation raffle concept is working not just for us but for many of our friends.  A total of $165,000 has been awarded in monthly winnings since 2014, and we have made significant progress as an organization.  Over the past three years, our programs and services have expanded while our administrative endowment has increased by 33%.  We closed the second quarter of 2017 with $4,000,000 in endowed funds under management, which means grant dollars available to award to local nonprofits will be an all-time high in 2018.   We are proud of these accomplishments, made possible with a little help from our friends.

In a few years, our mission will sustain itself and the Friends of the Foundation raffle will no longer be necessary for the OCCF to operate. Rather than asking our friends to support us in this way, we envision you turning to us as a trusted friend.  Whether you are searching for grants to support a local cause close to your heart or planning your legacy, we want to be your philanthropic partner.  We know that Otsego County holds a special place in your heart.   As our roots grow stronger, our mission will truly have an increasing impact on the place you love. Your friendship can help make a difference.
