We appreciate that Otsego Resort hosts the annual outing at the Tribute golf course and gives 100% of the proceeds to the TACKLE fund of the Otsego Community Foundation. Otsego Resort provides box lunches for the golfers, a cookout once golf is completed, and has staff assist with the event. The TACKLE board could not put on the outing without the assistance of and promotion by Otsego Resort and their wonderful staff.
Otsego Resort is owned by Gary and Kathy Vollmer, who not only have been good friends of the TACKLE board, but also very generous in their giving to the TACKLE fund of the Otsego Community Foundation over the years. It is with their support, both as individuals and through the Resort, that the TACKLE fund of the Otsego Community Foundation has been able to continue to provide assistance to those in need during their cancer treatments.
We would also like to recognize the Mighty Misfits and Natural Look of Vanderbilt, MI, who have raised money for the TACKLE fund of the Otsego Community Foundation. They fundraise by making lunches and dinners, volunteering their time to cook, prepare, and even deliver the meals. We would like to thank them for their continuous support of the TACKLE fund of the Otsego Community Foundation.
