In partnership with Rotary Charities, the Fry Foundation, and eight other Community Foundations serving Northern Michigan, we are excited to announce the 2026–2027 Leadership Learning Lab (LLL)! Designed to support and invest in current and emerging leaders, the LLL offers a unique opportunity for growth, connection, and community over the course of a year.

The Leadership Learning Lab is a comprehensive leadership development program that blends adaptive and collaborative leadership, time and energy management, and a suite of nonprofit and cross-sector capacity‑building skills. By investing directly in local leaders, the LLL strengthens organizations—and the communities they serve.

We have proudly supported the Leadership Learning Lab since 2018 and continue to be inspired by the transformational impact this program has on participants, their organizations, and Northern Michigan as a whole.
