OCF Seeks Operations Manager

The Otsego Community Foundation (OCF) is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as Operations Manager. The OCF provides a positive, efficient, and effective working environment for people wishing to share their talents to help advance the organization’s mission to “activate generosity for a strong community.” The team works with generous donors and impactful nonprofit partners to grow community resources and award meaningful grants. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth functioning across various departments including finance, logistics, and program delivery, with a primary focus on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Hourly position averaging 32 hours per week. A hybrid work environment with set in-office hours along with flexible remote tasks. Position requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, written and verbal communication skills as well as time management and organizational skills. To view the complete job description please click here.
