The Community Grant Program is a collaborative effort made possible by funding partners, including the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation, Drzewiecki Agency/ Meemic Foundation, Kiwanis Club of Gaylord, Otsego Community Foundation, Otsego County United Way, Otsego Wildlife Legacy Society, Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital, and Rotary Club of Gaylord. This unique program, administered by the Otsego Community Foundation, allows nonprofits to complete one grant application which is reviewed and considered by all funding partners.
