Benefits of an SBA Disaster Loan

SBA is trying to make sure people across Otsego County are aware of the federal disaster loan program that was activated for recovery for the ice storm.

FRIDAY, Aug. 8, is the deadline to apply for a federal disaster loan for physical damages from the ice storm. The loans are for homeowners, renters, businesses and nonprofits, and they cover what insurance does not, such as tree removal, debris removal, damage to fences, decks, garden sheds, etc., in addition to structural damage and damage to cars.
