Together We Can Do More…Join Us for 100+ Women Who Care

Apr 6, 2021 | All News

What is 100+ Women Who Care? Over one hundred women meet once a year for one hour and agree to donate $100 each to a local charity or charities that are nominated by and voted on by the membership. That means over $10,000 is invested in local charities right here in Otsego County in ONE hour. This event is unique in that 100% of the monies raised goes back into the community with the generous support of this year's Corporate Partners: Edwards Jones, Treetops Resort and Northland Area Federal Credit Union.

Do you have a heart for giving and want to give back on a bigger scale than you could on your own? Do you want to learn about the work being done by local nonprofits in Otsego County? Do you want to be part of a caring and amazing group of women who are making a positive impact in our community today, tomorrow and forever? If you answered “YES” to any of the previous questions, then please join us on Tuesday, May 11th for 100+ Women Who Care at the Ellison Place with doors opening at 5:30 p.m., or streaming virtually via YouTube.

In five years, this charitable event has raised $77,000 in a total of just five hours with $38,500 being awarded in grants and $38,500 going into the Community Fund to help with the needs of our community, today and for years to come.  What a HUGE impact this event has had in our community!
